Terms, privacy and corrections policy
Last updated 13 October 2026. Signal Atlas is an independent project run from Ontario, Canada. This page has four parts.
Terms of use
These terms apply to signal-network-atlas.vercel.app and any address that replaces it (“the site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What the site is
The site explains 6G, body-network and related technology using public documents, and compares published claims with those documents. It is information, not advice. Nothing on it is medical, legal, financial, engineering or safety advice. Do not use it to make health decisions. Ask a qualified professional.
Results describe documents, not people
Each result on the claims pages describes what the documents we read show. A result does not say what anyone believes, intends or knows. See the editorial and corrections policy below.
Accuracy
We work to be accurate and we log corrections, but documents change, links break and we can make mistakes. The site is provided “as is”, with no promise that it is complete, current or error-free. Please check the linked sources yourself.
Third-party links and sources
The site links to documents and websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Map pictures come from OpenFreeMap, with data © OpenStreetMap contributors.
Using the site
You may read the site, share links to it, and quote short passages with credit. Please do not scrape it in a way that overloads it, try to break or bypass its protections, or present our text as yours. Our data files are for reading and research. Please credit Signal Atlas and the original sources they list.
Our content and other people’s
The text and design of the site are ours. Documents, videos and posts we link to or briefly quote belong to their owners. We quote only short excerpts, for commentary, criticism and review. If you own material and think we have used too much, tell us and we will review it promptly.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Signal Atlas and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage from using the site or relying on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms, and the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario can hear disputes about them.
Contact
To report an error or make a request: pumabb10@hotmail.com. Include the address of the claim (each claim has a “Link to this claim” link) and what you think is wrong.
Privacy
Short version: the site has no accounts, advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share personal information.
What the site collects
- Nothing you type in. There are no sign-ups, comments or forms. The search box and filters work in your browser.
- Your theme choice. If you pick light or dark, your browser keeps that choice on your device. We never receive it. You can clear it in your browser settings.
- Your location, only if you ask. “Use my location” asks your browser for permission. If you allow it, your device works out the nearest mapped city in your browser. The coordinates are not sent to us or stored by us.
What other services see
- Our host, Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel receives each request (your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for) and keeps technical logs for security and operation. See Vercel’s privacy policy.
- Map pictures, OpenFreeMap. When a map is shown, your browser asks OpenFreeMap for map pictures. It can see your IP address and the area you are viewing. See their privacy information.
- Links you follow. YouTube, X, Rumble, Odysee, journals and government sites have their own policies once you leave this site.
If you email us
We use your address and message only to reply and to fix errors. We keep correspondence about corrections for as long as it is relevant to the record, and then delete it. We do not share it, except that we may publish a reply from a person named on the site, as described below.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Because we collect almost nothing, the answer is usually “none”. Write to pumabb10@hotmail.com.
The site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their information.
Editorial and corrections policy
Signal Atlas is independent and self-funded. It is not affiliated with any company, government or campaign, or with the people whose claims it checks.
What the claims pages do
They take public claims from a named person’s own videos, podcasts, posts and documents, state each one as a short neutral summary in our words, link to where it is said, read the documents behind it, and report what the documents show. Summaries are not quotes, and we never quote more than a short phrase.
How claims are chosen and checked
- Every claim must link to the person’s own public video, post or document. Transcripts posted by other people do not count.
- We read the documents the person cites, starting with laws, standards, regulators, government and military records and peer-reviewed papers. Where none is cited we use official records and say so.
- Every claim the documents did not back is searched a second time for any supporting document.
- Every source is opened and read before it is shown. If we could not open one, the page says so. Reviewers who did not do the first reading re-open sources before results change.
- We keep a dated record of each claim, its sources and each check.
What the results mean
- Sources back it:
- the documents show the claim as stated.
- Partly backed:
- the documents show a narrower or earlier-stage version, and we say which part.
- Sources don’t show it:
- we read the documents and found nothing that shows it.
- Sources say otherwise:
- a document positively conflicts with the claim, such as a date, a number, the text of a law or a plain statement.
A result describes documents. It is not a finding about anyone’s honesty, motives or character, and we do not guess at them.
Fairness
We state results at the strength the documents support, and we include the strongest evidence for a claim as well as against it. We do not use personal details about anyone, and we do not publish claims about private individuals.
Right of reply
We invite the person whose claims are checked to respond. Any reply is published beside the claims it concerns, in their words, unless they ask us not to publish it. A short, critical or disputed reply is published too.
Corrections
Anyone can report an error at pumabb10@hotmail.com. We aim to acknowledge within five working days and to correct a confirmed error promptly. Significant corrections are listed with their date in the corrections log on the claims page. We do not delete old entries.
Removal and takedown requests
If you are named on the site and believe something is false, private or unfair, or you own material we have used, write to us with the address of the item and what you ask us to change. We will review it, change or remove what is wrong, and tell you what we did. We may decline a request to remove accurate, sourced information about a public matter.
Opinion and analysis
Plain-English summaries, such as “Why this matters” and “Is a human biofield real?”, rest on claims and sources shown on the page and link to them. They are our analysis of public documents on a matter of public interest.
Notices
- No affiliation or endorsement. Names of people, organisations, products and standards appear only to identify what is being discussed. Trademarks belong to their owners. No organisation named endorses Signal Atlas or has reviewed it.
- Not advice. The site is not medical, legal, financial or safety advice. For health questions, ask a clinician.
- Forecasts. Timelines for 6G and other technologies are estimates, not promises. A forecast is not a launch.
- Copyright. Third-party material is used briefly, for commentary, criticism and review, with a link to the original. Tell us if you think we used too much and we will review it promptly.
